Hi Maren, Any apple tree is likely to have both BT Possums and Black/Roof/Ship Rats in it and could also have visits from Grey Headed Flying Foxes. I cant guess the scale here (which matters a lot in this case) but they look like rat droppings. So I have not confirmed your sighting, yet. The key question is how big are those scats?

Thanks for the record Ali, which is only the 2nd in the area between the ACT border and Lake George-Bungendore. The other, recorded in 2017, was said to be a lone individual which lived on Alice McGlashans block at Wamboin. Pseudocheirus peregrinus (Common Ringtail Possum)
