Previously identified as Wallabia bicolor (Swamp Wallaby), however correct ID is Macropus rufogriseus (Red-necked Wallaby).

Yes, its very difficult to capture the bright electric blue of these damselflies. They just get washed out in bright sunlight, so best photos are when taken in shade, or when compensated for with ISO shift.
